Past Pupils & their success

On Friday 14th November 2008 Oulder Hill Community School and Language College held a Celebration of Excellence Evening at their Gracie Fields Theatre. Many of our past pupils from Year 7 up to Year 11 were awarded with prizes. Elham Afzal, Jessica Hilton, Harriet Barker, Matthew Miles & Beth Greenwood were all prize winners from the Year 7 group. Aleena Ahmed, Sana Khan, Saif Qadir and Lucy Maughan were prize winers from the Year 8 group. Ahmed Rafiq was a prizewinner from Year 9. Jenny Gough, Chris Green, Adam O'shea, Daniel Hargreaves, and Jamie Graham were all prize winners from Year 10 and finally Darren Ross & Jenny Makin were prize winners from Year 11! Wow! What an achievement!

In December we were given a small report on three pupils who began at Haslingden High School in September of this year. Hannah Tomkinson, Jennifer Sanders and Charlotte Finney have setteld into life at Haslingden High School with ease and have taken on many new challenges and activities offered to them. Well done girls!

It is a pleasure to share such news with our parents as we are so proud of our children and what they go on to achieve.
